The equal opportunities officer for the town of Balve, Steffie Friske, invites you to a free, non-binding and protected exchange. All topics are "right" here, whether violence, harassment, mobility, insecurity or anger about care or career obstacles: During the consultation, an initial assessment is made and a joint search for a contact person for solutions takes place. There are also local networks and opportunities in Balve to get help in difficult situations. The important thing is to get going. The consultation hour aims to encourage this and then serve as a "signpost" on the journey. The consultation is offered from 4 to 6 p.m. in the community center.
