The Balver FAIRsuchung is entering the next round: a new Fairtrade chocolate is now available just in time for Advent. The dark version is already available, the milk version will follow in mid-December. The GEPA chocolate is available in the city center office at a price of €1.90.

Now that the old FAIRsuchung produced by Schokoladenmanufaktur Sauerland has been discontinued for cost reasons, the working group is delighted to have an adequate alternative from GEPA GmbH.

The Balver FAIRsuchung is a project of the Balve Fairtrade Working Group, which is committed to fair trade and sustainability. The new edition of the Balver FAIRsuchung is an important step towards sustainability and fairness.

"We are delighted that we can set another example for fair trade with the new edition of the Balver FAIRsuchung," says Mayor Hubertus Mühling. "The chocolate is not only a treat for the palate, but also a contribution to a fairer world."

The chocolate is now available in the town center office of the town of Balve (Alte Gerichtsstraße 1) and in the Markant Markt Balve (Drostenplatz 10).
